ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There Are No Returns/Exchanges/Refunds on Jewelry, Vases and Apparel.

Please choose your piece(s) thoughtfully and reach out with questions before making your final purchase. I can share more details (ex: photos or videos) to help you with your decision. I am making this request as I am a small business owner and it can be challenging to refund customers.

However, in good faith, there may be a refund on the jewelry (only), provided something was wrong with the piece. It is important that you love your jewelry and, in such a case where it doesn’t fit right, consider the guidelines below:

  • Step 1: Send me an Email (within 3 Days of Arrival Date) with photos of the jewelry and a description of the issue at hand. I may either exchange it (size issues), or refund you (minus the shipping fee).

  • Step 2: Return the jewelry in its original condition / original packaging within 14 days of receiving to qualify. Please return the jewelry in a 6”x10” bubbler mailer from a shipping provider of your choosing.

  • Step 3: Please email me once shipped so I can look out for the package’s arrival. Here is our email: growcreateproductions@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations will be accepted ONLY BEFORE the order is processed/shipped.

OPTION 1

  • Jewelry and Apparel: ORDERS over $100 qualify for FREE USPS Priority Mail.

  • Stone Flower Vases: FREE USPS Priority Mail.

OPTION 2

  • Jewelry and Apparel: ORDERS under $100 —> $5.00 (+0.50 centers per additional item) USPS Priority Mail.

Both Options Include A Tracking Number. Know the whereabouts of your package and enjoy the unveiling!

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Once an Order is Confirmed:

  • Package Preparation: 5-7 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.

  • TOTAL ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival): 7-10 business days.

WHY DOES IT TAKE THIS LONG FOR SHIPPING?

  • This Shipping time range is carefully established because the jewelry is made by hand.

  • If you need your order expedited, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please Contact me.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS LOST IN TRANSIT?

  • Once the Items have Shipped, Please know I am No Longer Responsible for it.

  • Consider using the Tracking number to Contact your Local Postal Service! Although, I would like to be Notified (by email) if something goes wrong.

DOES GROW CREATE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
