My decision to sketch designs as wearable art was a creative endeavor triggered by the COVID pandemic. The “ick” within people and communities at large was palpable. As a former educator, I understood well the powerful impact good thoughts leading to wholesome conversations can make! Why not, I wondered…Put into action the desire to get good messaging out on a T-shirt’s blank canvas? Yes! It clicked! It was time to sketch. It was time to create an alternative to the mainstream messages on T-shirts. It was time to sow the seeds of change. ✨
